Washing

The fundamental metal washing process guarantees functionality in production processes and finished product quality. It is a technique used to remove dirt and contaminants from the surface of machined components.

At TFL Franzoni, we can wash parts made from any metal alloy up to 1200 mm in length using innovative and environmentally friendly machines.

Vibration polishing

Vibration polishing is a technique used for the mass surface finishing of small metal parts. It smoothes out the porosity of the components to improve their visual appearance by way of vibrating machines containing steel microspheres and additives.

Tumbling

This process is used to remove surface residue and edges. It is particularly suitable for large production batches where it is necessary to align and homogenise all parts.
